Would you like to be a vendor at Wesak?
You are invited to the 22nd Annual Wesak Celebration this May 12th, 13st and 14nd in beautiful Mount Shasta, CA. This is a fundraiser for Meals on Wheels, a senior nutrition program that delivers a meal and provides a safety check to elders living independently in our area. Your purchase of vending space goes directly to this important cause.
Your options for vending space are 8’x 4′ spaces with a 3’x 8′ table for $225 until March 1st, then it’s $275; or 6’x 4′ space with a 3’x 6′ table for $200, then going up to $250 March 1st. You are welcome to bring your own set-up as long as it doesn’t interfere with your neighbor and you stay within your assigned space. You may bring up to two assistants, who, along with you, will receive a wrist band and access to the entire event.
Access to the Vendor Fair is Free and open to the public. A shopper does not have to buy a Wesak a ticket to attend the Vendor Fair.
You are encouraged to advertise this event through your own network because for each ticket sold through you, you get paid. You will receive $50 for every non-local ticket sold through you and $15 for every local (to Mount Shasta) ticket you sell. We will send you a PayPal link to put on your website and in your e-mails to your list. This link identifies you as the seller on any ticket sold through it. Let us know if you need a local ticket link as well.
